Like creams etc., whatever. I used to think it was mostly a broads thing, but I ve come to think if there's some fairly neutral, protective cream for the face and skin, why the hell not.

Nothing wrong with wanting good skin, or a good appearance.

I used the Clinique three step process for 10 years, and have just switched to Zirh (www.zirh.com) products.

Really think it helps, especially living in AZ where its really dry and the sun is relentless.

Clinique products definitely the best......I have used the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion for about 12 years now.....their motto is "The finest drink you can give your face and throat" and its true.

Preventative maintenance is the cheapest and most effective way to nice skin, aside from good genetics.

Eat right, exercise, and avoid the sun like a vampire.

thanks for the heads up guys, I ll look around for some of the products mentioned. I ll probably check with a dermatologist too, I want to get something good, but neutral too, in the sense that I wouldn't want to be using anything that can be harmfull in the long run. Somebody mentioned the sun, well after 15 days of solid sunbathing, I can't really say I went the vampire's way, but good point nevertheless. Let's face it though suntaking makes us and the women in our lives look much better.

Short term, yes. Long term, not so much. Skin cancer, wrinkles, sun spots, and premature aging aren't so great.

yeah sure syklone, I won't argue with that, that's definately the case, what i said is that you really can't avoid it when you go on holidays in a seaside resort, you take the good with the bad.

This is definitely true. One of the hottest girls in my hs went tanning like every week. She looked good then, but 4 years later, her skin is already starting to wrinkle and she looks beat.

Hardcore gamblers talking facial moisturizers.

Sometimes when I'm heavy on a side I will lay on the floor on my back and place sliced cucumbers over my eyes and chill out and try to relax and listen to the game on tv.

My name is Patrick Bateman.
I'm 27 years old.
I believe in taking care of myself,
in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine.
ln the morning, if my face is a little pufffy,
I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches.
I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser.
Then a honey-almond bodyscrub.
And on the face, an exfoliating gelscrub.
Then I apply an herb mint facialmasque,
which l leave on for ten minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol,
because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer,
then an anti-aging eye balm,
followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman.
